Shipping policy

Order Processing Times

Order processing times are separate from the shipping times you see at checkout. Please understand we live remotely and orders may not be processed and shipped on the same day. We will always aim to have orders shipped as promptly as possible.

All orders are processed within 3 to 5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. 

There is the possibility for potential delays due to a high volume of orders or postal service problems that are outside of our control.

Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates

For calculated shipping rates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. 

For simple flat rate shipping: We offer free shipping on all Beeswax products to New Zealand wide. Please note shipping is not included for honey products. 

 

Local delivery

We do not offer local delivery. Shipping only. 

In-store pickup

We do not offer In-store pickup as we do not have a physical store.

International Shipping

We do not offer international shipping.

 

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

If you haven’t received your order within 5 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at info@peaceofwild.co.nz with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

Shipping to P.O. boxes

Some carriers have limitations around shipping to P.O. Boxes. If one of your carriers falls into this group, you should look up their policy and communicate it to your customers here. 

Refunds, returns, and exchanges

Please understand we will not offer refunds on products if you change your mind or have not followed instructions for using our products and find they do not preform properly. Please see our refund police for more detail.

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at info@peaceofwild.co.nz with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
